The Community Hero Fund is a unique initiative offered exclusively by The Paula Burrows Team. It is designed to honor and give back to our community heroes while reducing the cost of buying or selling a home. Through this program, we aim to support education and charitable causes that positively impact our communities.
Heroes who qualify for our program include:
• Firefighters
• Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers
• Law Enforcement
• Military (Active, Reserves, and Veterans)
• Medical Professionals (Doctor, Dentist, Nurse, CNA)
• Educators
If you qualify for the Community Hero Fund, you can enjoy substantial cost reductions when buying or selling a home. Buyers are eligible for a generous rebate of 20% of the gross buyer’s agent commission on their home purchase and a free appraisal. Sellers can benefit from a 15% reduction on the gross listing firm’s commission and free staging consults (within 50 miles of Centralia).
