The Community Hero Fund is a program that honors and gives back to our community heroes by connecting them with our team of real estate professionals. This program provides cost savings and benefits to community heroes when they are buying or selling a home.
Heroes who qualify for our program include:

• Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers
• Law Enforcement
• Military (Active, Reserves, and Veterans)
• Medical Professionals
• Educators
If you qualify for the Community Hero Fund, you can enjoy substantial cost reductions when buying or selling a home. Buyers are eligible for a generous rebate of 20% of the gross buyer’s agent commission on their home purchase and a free appraisal. Sellers can benefit from a 15% reduction on the gross listing firm’s commission and free staging consults (within 50 miles of Centralia).
